Calculate Your ETEA Aggregate

This Post is useful for both medical and engineering students ,who don't know how to calculate their ETEA aggregate. After securing sufficient marks in ETEA you need to calculate your aggregate in order to find out whether you going to take the admission or not.
Your ETEA aggregate is basically a percentage ,based on three performances
  1. Matric marks
  2. F.Sc marks
  3. ETEA marks

For Medical Students :

According to KMU ( Khyber medical university ) , the merit is calculated as follows :

★ 50% ETEA
★ 40% FSc
★ 10% SSC

An example of student who has secured 920/1100 in SSC , 900/1100 in F.Sc and 500/800 in ETEA has total merit score as;

a=(920/1100)×10 = 8.18
b=(900/1100)×40 = 32.72
c=(500/800) ×50 = 31.25

Aggregate = a+ b+ c = 72.15

For Engineering students :

Same formula as above is for engineering students also, as recommended by UET ( university of engineering )

Note :

After calculating your aggregate you need to compare it with the previous year merit or the current situation., to get a better idea of where you stand out. If you still find it difficult , Try our
